A "Better Cup of Coffee"
Avoid tearing pods when tearing foil. Shake pod like a sugar packet away from tear line. Pods are to be placed FLAT side up in tray. Not upside down. Ensure pod tray is properly placed in brewer and not tipped. Push tray into brewer to ensure proper seating and full closure of brew head. ENSURES NO POD TEARING OR COFFEE GROUNDS.
