- For purchase, you must already have the same number of empty cylinders with screw cap at home.
- How it works: 1) We will send you your selection of exchange cylinders. 2) You take our full cylinders out of the box and put your empty cylinders in equal numbers. 3) Stick the included free return label on the box and send it back to us. 4) Done!
- 21-day return: you have a full 3 weeks to return the empty cylinders (which are already in stock with you when purchasing). If you did not have a cylinder or have not returned, we will send you an invoice at the end of this deadline for the saved difference between exchange and purchase cylinder. These are flat rate for Classic cylinders €10.50 and for aroma cylinders 15€.
