FLEXIBLE SET: The BODYMATE calf stretcher set consists of three wedges: two small wedges each with a 9° incline, and one with 18°. These can be combined in a modular system to achieve different angled inclines. The means the set can be used with both legs at a 9° or 18° position, or one-legged you can achieve angles of 27° and even 36°.
STRETCH TENDONS AND MUSCLES: The calf stretcher stretches and trains the muscles and fascia in your feet, calves and thighs. Reduce muscle pain and tightness in a targeted manner, and even prevent knee pain.
