- This is a cat version of Russian roulette with a great strategic component.
- Players steal cards until someone gets an Exploding Kitten.
- When this happens, that person dies and is eliminated from the game (unless he has a Deactivation card, which allows the Exploding Kitten to deactivate with weapons such as laser pointers, tummy scrubs or catnip sands).
- The rest of the cards in the deck serve to change places, mitigate or avoid the Exploding Kittens.
- 2-5 player card game, ages 7 and up.
