• Fresh and delicate consistency - made from 100% silo-free and pasteurised mountain sheep milk. Vacuum packed and elegant gift packaging.
• Naturally lactose and GMO free, pure craftsmanship and careful ripening. Pecorino from Casentino impresses with its spicy and fresh taste.
• Our sheep grass at a height between 1000 and 1600 metres, in the heart of the Casentino nature reserver. During its unique maturation, our Pecorino is turned weekly and carefully maintained by hand.
• Tasting: take out of the fridge 30 minutes before eating. With good olive oil from Tuscany, radicchio or dried tomatoes, Pecorino is a fine snack or irresistible addition to a glass of chianti.
• Storage: unwrap cheese in tight foil, wrap well in paper or foil with air holes, and place in a non-airtight container in the refrigerator. For frequently, an equally tipped, non-airtight cheese cover is ideal for a few days with cellar coolers.
