- Exceptional hardness, scratch and impact resistant. Can be applied directly to the iron without using a pre-primer, providing rust protection and a natural metal finish. Suitable for gates, lanterns, metal doors, etc. Good levelling, adhesion, flexibility and spreadability.
- Cleaning water. Dilution ready to use if max. 5% with water output 7-10 m2/l depending on support. Drying for 1 hour. Repeat 4 hours. For indoor and outdoor use. Application: Brush, Roller, Gun Instructions for use: 1. Homogenize the product before and during use. 2. The surface to be painted must be clean, dry, degreased and from loose rust, calamine and dirt. 3. Can be applied directly to rusty surfaces before the paint removes the loose particles.
- 4. New unpainted surfaces: · Iron/Steel: no primer required. If the surface has rust, it is recommended to sand gently until a roughness of the substrate is achieved, removing poorly adhering rust. For medium to high corrosion, three layers must be performed. Aluminium and galvanised steel: sand until matt · Apply 2-3 layers in thin layers for sufficient protection.
- 5. Painted surfaces: · Sanding, remove loose particles and apply 2 coats. · If you are in poor condition, remove the old paint completely and come as if on a new surface.
- 6. Use at 10 - 30 C. Do not apply over 80% in rain or moisture. Do not use the product at high temperatures and not on surfaces exposed to strong sunlight. 7. We recommend storing the product for no more than 24 months from the date of manufacture, with the original packaging well sealed and protected from the elements.
