• To prepare approximately 24 pancakes or 8 waffles
• Packaged in protective atmosphere
• Ingredients: WHEAT flour, EGG powder, MILK powder, whey powder, gasifier (E-450i, E-500ii; anti-caking agent: E-170i; acidity corrector: E-516, corn starch), salt.
• Product not suitable for celiacs and gluten intolerant, egg allergy and milk allergy
• Instructions for proper use: mix and beat the pancake preparation (250 g) and water (500 ml) in a bowl, until you get a thin, lump-free dough; if desired, you can add a splash of rum or brandy; grease an iron or pan, with oil or butter and pour enough dough to make a crep; when curded, delete e back until it brown on the other side; keep for all the time a moderate cooking fire; serve with chocolate, jam; product to be cooked
