- We use original connectors for the production of SpeedBox chips, making installation easy and ensuring a correct connection. We have prepared detailed instructions and videos, so each customer can install the SpeedBox themselves. The removal of the tuning chip is just as easy as installation. - During short breaks, it is recommended to keep one foot on the pedal to prevent the "countdown" deduction process from starting, allowing you to resume seamlessly. In the eBike Flow app, disable automatic updates. Please note that the SpeedBox product warranty does not cover malfunctions caused by motor updates.
- During longer stops, allow at least a partial "countdown" (distance deduction) to run. Do not remove the display from the e-bike until the "countdown" (distance deduction) is complete. The tuning activation/deactivation should ideally occur before the ride and not during it. It is also recommended not to exceed a speed of 35 km/h. We recommend not updating the e-bike software.
